These Terms govern your use of davidhusar.cz and the purchase of Vivoria Nourish Select from DAVID HUSAR, Sokolovská 729/93, 360 05 Karlovy Vary 5, Česko (Sole trader (individual)).

2. Order & Sale Terms

How to order: Submit your name and phone number via the order form. This constitutes a request to purchase, not a binding contract. Our team will call you to confirm your order, verify delivery details, and answer any questions.

Contract formation: A contract of sale is formed when we confirm your order by telephone and dispatch the goods.

Price and currency: All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you pay.

Payment: Payment is made exclusively on delivery - by cash or by debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard) to the courier. No online payment or prepayment is required or accepted.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before dispatch by informing us during the confirmation call or by contacting us by phone or email.

3. Limitation of Liability

Vivoria Nourish Select is a food supplement. It is not a medicine, is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and does not replace a varied, balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. Information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or nutritional advice. We exclude liability for any reliance placed on information on this site to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the goods.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
