Taking the Supplement
Take one capsule per day with a full glass of water. We suggest taking it alongside a meal - typically breakfast - to support comfortable digestion and to build a consistent habit. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Simply continue the following day as normal. Do not take two capsules to compensate for a missed dose.
