Returns & Refund Policy

This policy covers returns and refunds for orders of Vivoria Nourish Select placed through davidhusar.cz.

1. Your Right of Return - 14 Calendar Days

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return it. This right applies to unopened, intact products. You do not need to give a reason.

2. Opened Packaging - Food Safety Exception

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products where the tamper-evident seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened. This is a lawful exception applicable to food and food supplement products.

3. How to Return

  1. Contact us by email at [email protected] within 14 calendar days of receipt, stating your name, telephone number, and order details.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and a return address.
  3. Send the unopened product by recorded post. Return postage costs are at your expense unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
  4. We will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the payment method used at delivery (where applicable). Given that payment is made on delivery by cash or card to the courier, refund arrangements will be agreed individually upon receipt of the returned item. We aim to process all refunds within 14 days.

5. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order at any point before it has been dispatched, free of charge. To cancel, simply inform us during the confirmation call, or contact us by phone (+44 20 7946 0312) or email ([email protected]) before dispatch.

6. Refusing Delivery (COD)

As payment is made on delivery, you may choose not to accept the parcel when the courier arrives. In this case, the order will be returned to us at no charge to you, and no payment will be due.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage costs.
